No invoice/statements received

My line was suspended and when I queried with Vodacom's Portia, I was told that the account is in arrears. I explained that payments are made monthly, then she said since March 2015 \short payments"were being made! I do not agree with that because when I made a payment at their Balfour Park outlet"
