No invoice, but happy take my money

Find my monthly complaint for not receiving an invoice, yet you debit my account. This is not the first time am I am requesting an invoice. I know the new app had this option, but it requires an SMS to proceed. This is for a data sim in a router which cannot receive SMS. So I cannot use your app. I have also previously requested to send my monthly bill/invoice to my email address. This used to be the case for the last few months, but someone deactivated this again. So from now on, you can expect another Hellopeter complaint from me every month until this get sorted out again.
