No internet Odendaalsrus

I have a data contract with Vodacom. It's been a week that we don't have internet in Odendaalsrus. It's very frustrating as we are paying for a service that we don't receive. I tried contacting Vodacom and they reset my line. But still it is down. My mother in law is also in Odendaalsrus with the same data contract and also has no internet. Loadshedding is not an excuse as we NEVER have internet. It stays as connected without internet. I now have to buy additional data on mtn just to stay connected!
