NO INTERNET - NO SERVICE FROM VODACOM

<p>Dear Sir,</p> <p>We went to Botswana during the last week in June. Put our phones on roaming and when we returned de-activated the roaming service and since 30 June 2016 we have not been able to get internet, whatsapp, e-mail. mms etc due to no internet service. We have tried everything possible but NO HELP !!!! Been to Vodacom Clearwater, Vodacom Cresta, phoned about 50 times the call centre and still NO HELP / SERVICE !!!!! We have reported the matter under reference number 1- ********** 1294 - ON MONDAY 4/7/16 - STILL WAITING FOR A REPLY ???? What more can we do to get help ???</p>
