NO INTERNET CONNECTIVITY NAND UNAVAILABLE TECHNICIANS

I have been having connectivity issues with my fibre , I am a person that sometimes works from home so when the internet is down and fibre not working it becomes difficult for me to fulfil my work obligations .not only that the financial implications of me having to buy data. l have called the call Centre and was told technicians are not available as some are currently on leave .so I am inconvenienced because of VODACOM being short staffed?
