NO internet connection for 5 weeks

I've experienced thee worst service between Zoom fibre & the ISP namely Vodacom ... being 5 weeks without any internet connection that could have been resolved between these 2 companies has cost more money on a daily basis, yet the issue has NOT been resolved. Sad to be treated like this & still expected to pay for an internet service I'm not receiving
