No Internet connection every day

Vodacom don't care about their customers , I have a home router paying R950.00 for 36 months its not even 12 months yet but I regret taking that contract, Always no Internet connection everyday and when I call them they tell me the coverage its fine . am paying for something am not using I bought because my kids and I use it for school assignments but we end up buying data for another network as this thing is not working at all . I feel like am paying for nothing I call Vodacom more than 10 times still no assistance I wish I can cancel this contract and deal with a network that cares for their clients and even cheaper . I don't recommend anyone to use this network its poor very poor .
