no internet connect in Clewer Emalahleni

I am disappointed - as a loyal customer of more than 15 years. We had no intenet connection in Clewer in Emalahleni for the past week. We can,'t send or receive emails, especially for us who work at home. I am not sure if you don't care or you are not aware of the effects of this on your customers.
