!!!!!!!No internet conncetion for over a wee****!!!

For over a week now I don't have internet connection on my phone. Vodacom have tried numerous things but does not work. This is since they migrated me to a Red VIP + package. I want this sorted today or I want all my contracts cancelled!!!! I also want credit for the time it was off!!!!!
