No internet
One star is actually an overrating.
Vodacom, I still have ‘no internet connection’, nor have you adjusted my billing for overcharging me for Wi-Fi I did not use as still not connected.

10 Jan 2022, 16:29Vodacom your continues ‘automated’ replies have not resolved anything. I am still without an internet connection. My numerous calls to your call centre have just been a waste of time.
I received invoices today and still am slightly confused as to the credit note received and also the invoice w.r.t Wi-Fi usage. You sent me a credit note in the amount of -R 17.78 and then also attached to this was another bill, in the amount of R 860.94. I am again confused as to how you have worked out a 'pro rata' (18 -31 December 2021) amount and why I am now also charged for Vumatel's uncapped service as I still have no connection at all. I to date have had no working internet. Looking at the date on the invoice which I was billed for, in the amount of R 860.94, it's due in March 2022 which boggles my mind as to how you again seemed to add 'pro rata' usage and Vumatel's monthly fee but just forwarded it to a payment due for March 2022. What's the idea then behind sending a credit note just to charge me that same amount again. The charges should be 'pro rata' when a proper activation is in place. No working Wi-Fi here!!! Vumatel have been here last week and checked their ONT box and my router and found no fault on their side, so what seems to be the hold-up?
Please could you elaborate on this as it makes absolutely no sense to me.
