no interest in helping clients

i'm still waiting for feedback from vodacom regarding a complaint i made last week.<br> a consultant called me but i was on a call at work and couldn't answer my cellphone.<br> he emailed me and i rep**** to inform him that i was then available for him to call. i mailed him the next day as well to inform him that i would be available that day as well so that he could call me and we could try and resolve the issue.<br> furthermore, i also responded to the email he sent on the initial complaint.<br> <br> that was on the 22/07/2015.<br> i'm still waiting for a call back
