January 2016 I have picked up a Virus om my phone -Music started playing without me pressing any buttons to Play resulted in My Bill being very High -I phoned Vodacom to make payment arrangement The Number was provided for that reason..Vodacom `s people even asked me "How much will you be paying"-I made payments on the 2nd February & 3rd March R2000 total ( The *** number was suspended). But Suddenly I recieved x20 Calls a day even at night on *** number even at night Demands of not paying (Although I know I did speak to a Consultant I noted they didnt record this.. of course they will deny this After this I decided to do a contract buy out with Another Provider (The *** I knew would expire soon 3 April 2016 & it was my intent to carry on with the ***) The *** was also suspended - so communication become difficult ( Meanwhile I did a EFT payment to Vodacom on 30th April R4300 for an invoice received 20Th April Wednesday-R4280 for ( Both lines which was on one acountnumber . The Consultant Quickly recorded this important info of me going to another provider when I spoke to her about needing a "Premature Cancelation Quote" from Vodacom for another Service Provider. Vodacom didnt like this at all ..

I Recieved mixed Information with different consultants when I needed the right Information and Figures what I owed -Someone rudely put the phone down.. Others Used threats - "You will be handed over " if you dont pay...

Suddenly Vodacom canceled my *** contract They Knew I mustn`t cancel the Contract to do the Buy out -That was excactly what they did the moment they found out I am going to another Provider ... -Claims of me not paying at all (while I Know Did make arrangements -They simply didnt record it..... Vodacom wanted to deduct R458 off 5 Th May my acount without my Knowledge or explaining for what...which I arrange to be refunded- Because It was unacceptable. behaviour

Vodacom tried to mislead me into a new contract by suggesting -I must go to Vodacom shop to "reactivate" Which then I need to pay R105 x2 (for 2 phone`s sim card ) & R285 x2 for 2 phones deducted via debit order for subscribtion) And I must Remember to bring 3 Month Bank statement & ID as well (lik a new contract) in other words decieve me to sign new contract

A consultant advise me to get Settlement letter But another consultant claimed I had R1200 outstanding first which I must pay first before I Get the letter otherwise they will hand me over Threats again -Therefore I requested Proof while from others I get different Messages "that I dont owe anything more" . Then They said it would take 24-48 Hours Eventually after delays - 5 Days they decide to send it ... Suddenly WITHIN 30 MINUTES after I had phoned the prelegal department. Vodacom Service is disgusting the way they treat People Harrasments Threats deliberate mislead clients
