NO INTEGRITY

My phone was ****** on Sunday 06/12/2015 and i went to a vodacom store at kollonade and blacklisted my phone and did a sim swap, as my tablet was insure i was provided with a claims form and advised that it will take 48hr for my tablet to be replaced , I faxed and emailed the document on Tuesday morning and have not received any feedback till now, NO ACKNOLEDGEMENT NO SMS NOTHING I have been paying for more than a year for an insurance that I don't even know it exist, when I call them the hang up the phone. WHEN YOU LISTERN TO THE IVR THEY SAY THEY ARE RELIABLE WHICH IS NOT TRUTH I AM WITHOUT A PHONE FOR THE WHOLE WEEK BUT I HAVE BEEN PAYING MY INSTALMENT EVERY MONTH SO MUCH FOR BEING LOYALTY .<br>
