No Integrity

I took my Sony M2Aqua in for repairs @ Vodacom Shop ABSA Towers on the 26 August 2015, for a broken speaker .on the 1 September i received a quote for R1480.04 due to 'Liquid Damage' I enquired how this is possible as i am fully aware of my device never being near liquid- after being highly annoyed with my responses they agreed to send the phone to head office to confirm damage and advised that this will take 10 working days. I got the phone back on the 12 October( 29 working days later) 'UNREPAIRED'. and with FURTHER DAMAGE. The Sim card slot is bent and the sim cannot be detected. I went back to the store advised them of this and they called Vodacom Repairs Pretoria repair center who i heard on the call confirm no additional investigation was done and they will not fix the phone. I can understand the first problem not being repaired but the second did not happen in my possession and i don't see why I must pay for damage they caused. My irritation is that they didn't do what they agreed and purposely kept my phone for the fun of it and damaged it further. I am still awaiting a response for my query on the new damage. THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DISGUSTING AND UNACCEPTABLE.
