No incoming calls

Currently I am unable to receive calls. I can call out and all my data services work, but no one can get hold of me. When someone phones me they go straight to voice mails and i have NO missed call messages, my phone doesn't ring or show anything???

I have had this issue since Thursday. When I phoned Vodacom they tried to help but could not solve the problem. Vodacom have said they will escalate the problem but still this has not been resolved.

Please help !!!!
