No incoming calls

My phone cannot receive phone calls from othwr networks than vodacom since 1 feb. Nownit cannot even receive from any network. Apparenly its a porting software update issue on the vodacom side. I have spoken to several consultants and went in to the shop to tje stand in a 1 hour post lockdown queue and still no help. Now they are saying a technical advisor will get back to me in 7-14 days. They cannot even do a call divert ot activate voicemail. How must i run my business?
