No hope

So i took my mobile device in to Vodacom Store in East London Vincent Park today, after numerous emails to Kristen Pillay @ Vodacom East London Vincent Park which was ignored i booked the phone in and gave them all the reference numbers which Huawei South Africa, International & Africa gave me. I have no hope left as Vodacom South Africa, The Dealership Vodacom Vincent Park& Huawei did not bother from the start to give me the correct and relevant information.
