No help with **** VAS services
I have asked Vodacom for help to make sure that I do not get **** VAS services added to my number (they overcharged me by more than R1,000 per month and what a mission to get them to reverse that - all they did in the end was refunded it as credit on my Vodacom account.)
I just found another VAS Service (ColorsofLove) had been added to my number - with Vodacom unable and unwilling to stop these ****s! Disgusting!
If you are on Vodacom, make sure to send STOP ALL to 31050 as they do nothing to protect you.
