no help what so ever with vodacom

so a lady called me giving me a reference number saying i should book my phone in my phone is getting sent back they saying the reference is incomplete this is sooo frustrating really i am paying almost 600 amonth on this contract and that on a brand new phone that stopped working <br> can someone please call me with the correct reference number <br> i am now going on now for 6Months without a phone <br> they telling me the the phone is not repairable so what must i do pay for a phone that i am not using can somebody please call me asap with the reference number so i can get my phone sorted out please i am begging you i am sitting without a phone now for so long if u can see i have 4 contracts with you guys no man this is not right
