No Help, Outdated Price List

I recently had to place a claim for my Ipad air which was damaged. The insurance has told me they will pay out R5000 for the replacement of the air. The reason for the low payment is due to the fact that it was an old Nashua mobile insurance, that is not where the problem is. When I went to the store to see what I could get for R5000 there was nothing I liked so I went online and found the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 9.7-Inch with S-pen. So I contacted the sales call centre for a cash price and the agent gave me an estimate of R4700, and this is where the problem came when I went to the Eastgate Vodacom store there price list was form November to 31st December and the price was R6300.... I have called everyone I can and they keep telling me try a different store as each store will have their own price *** I thought it would be the same as Vodacom is a franchise or is it not. Please can someone just tell me where I can go to get this Tablet for the price that I was quoted by more than one sales person when I called the Vodacom sales team at ***... this is for a calim on number ***
