No help from vodacom polokwane

My phone was sent in for repairs then they sent me a message stating my phone is ready for collection... then I got to the repair centre to find out it is irepairable... rhey said i should come back the bext day once vodacom insurance has accepted my claim... I go back after I phoned them to find out my phone has been insured for 9000 when i get there they say oh they made a mistake and got insurance on the line after half an hour... wich the consultant also said they had stock for a new phone... they sent me to another and then a nother store with noone helping at any of the four branches... I went to mall of the north and now they say the insurance are closed! The most unhelpfull people in the world would love to get a phone but hey guess what we don't want to help yiu even though you pay everymonth for our services?!
