No help from vodacom helpline or vodacom shop .

IM SO frustrated with vodacom I just wanna stop paying them but I'm thinking about my credit score.Im currently being send between the vodacom shop and the helpline and nobody can help.I want to cancel a data contract on my son's phone but instead of helping me to cancel the contract which was already expired they offer me a new contract and now I have to pay for both.CalWent to the shop to cancel the new contract because I'd did not start yet they gave me a number to call.Call the number they refer me back to the shop .Why can't nobody help me and that is not a contract for a phone but only data and the contract already expired .I'm so done with vodacom.
