No help from vodacom

Saw an ad about adding the playstation 4 to a new contract on the online vodacom4u booklet... When i went into store was told they know nothing of it to call the online store..... And i did was told that they cant help me either i need go apply in store....went back to store was told mayb the wrong thing was published they know nothing about the specials in the booklet....this is very frustrating truly disappointed with vodacoms staff.... Personally i feel its very unprofessional if its true that wrong things are posted or if its the right thing how come the consultant's dnt know about it.
