no help from vodacom

I am a customer of vodacom for quite a few years with 4 contracts to my name. but recently i have had endless problems with being billed for data and minutes that i have not used as i have an extra minutes package on my contract and i have wifi at home and at work so i dont need to use so much data and minutes on my contract. i have tried many times to get through to them. even after speaking to a consultant on Friday 27.10.17 and she assuring me that my debit order has been removed and that someone from the dispute dept will call me back nothing was done. no call back was made since then. it is absolutely difficult to get assistance from them. i am so tired now and feel like moving all my contracts to another subscriber and to advise others to move as well should this not be sorted out asap! if i get debited this month for that huge amount that i did not use i will take this up with a lawyer as i was assured that the debit order will be removed. My normal bill i pay is around R700 and i will only pay that amount. i had to even change my contract to a top up contract so that i dont get billed so much. all this just because i was getting billed incorrectly.

Reviewer Update
so it has been 2 days now and no callback from vodacom. what kind of service provider is this? i am reading other peoples reviews about vodacom and how they got charged for data they have not used realising it is not only me but vodacom who is the one at fault to many innocent people. I urge you to correct this before i take any legal action and move my contracts. this is pathetic service!!
