No help from Vodacom

My sim card hasn't been working for 2 days now,I tried to contact Vodacom several times but there's still no assistance. Today I tried the online chat and Andile Ngubane just left me hanging for a while,then came back and asked me the same question "how may I assist you". I still didn't get help and my sim card is still kot working. Why are these people hired to assist of they can't do their jobs?
