No help from the call centre or your repair store

Hi there, <br> <br> I'm having a problem on your network. Which I've tried to resolve multiple ways, and no one is helping me. So I am logging on here, out of desperation.<br> <br> My boyfriend is on telkom mobile. He can call all other people, but he cannot call me. And other people can call me. I can also call him. It has been like this for the 4 weeks since we met.Its a real problem that he cant get through to me. It does not even go to voicemail.<br> <br> He phoned telkom mobile, they said there's no blocking or problem from his side, and that I must call vodacom. So yesterday spoke to your help centre. They tried to help me, but they could not, and told me to go to the vodacom repair centre in Vincent Park in East London. Which I had to do during my lunchtime yesterday. Your repair centre, told me they had to test my sim n another phone, but that they dont keep spare phones. I must come back with a spare phone for them to test. Firstly, I dont have a spare phone, secondly why on earth should I bring a spare phone to have my own phone tested when they are a repair centre. I tested it last night in my moms phone, its not my phone! No blocking on my phone either.Sony Z3 compact. Please sort this out.
