No help for business clients after 7pm

How can a company like Vodacom offers no assistance to business contract customers after 7pm? How *****ed up is that, if Vodacom was conducting their business properly, we wouldn't need to talk to them after hours. The 082140 number gets diverted to the customer care center and yet those idiots can't assist you. What is the point in diverting the number if one can't get assistance? Unfortunately they have a bunch of useless people looking after business clients that never do things right the first time.
