No good

Hello.

It has been a long time since I have phoned the Vodacom call Centre.

The 1st call I was given half my PUK number and then transferred to the rate my service line.

The second call was to a very unfriendly person and unprofessional loud talking in the background, I requested for the language to be changed to English for when I call 111, I was told she couldn't change it.

I called 111 again to try and change the language, it was impossible to find the option.

I then called back, spoke to a guy who said he had changed it to English, when I called 111 again it was still not English.

I phoned again, spoke to another lady who changed it to English, it is now English and I have the PUK number, eventually.

Service is bad, unfriendly and wasted a lot of time.

I have been dealing with Telkom Mobile lately and their call centers are an absolute pleasure, this Vodacom experience was total ******* :-(
