NO GO Vodacom

On Friday 16/6/2017 my husband received a call on his cell and it was apparently a wrong number. 30 minutes later when trying to make a call he noted that his cell is not registered. He immediately phone Vodacom call centre and was advised that his cell had been cloned and was informed to go to the nearst Voda store which happens to be in Mall of the South.

At the store they advised him he had to do a SIM Swop and pay R63, and to only turn his phone on after 3 hours and all will be sorted.

Saturday morning we went back to the Mall of the South Vodacom and advised that the phone is still not working. The Manager of the store Goodness Hlebela, shrugged her sholders and said they will do another SIM swop. Wait another 3 hours and switch your phone on. My husband explained to her that this is his business phone and he needed it working immediately. Could she please phone the call centre and see what she could do. This "Manager" then laughed in our faces and walked away and went and sat on a chair and refused to help.

We kept asking her if she is going to sort this out and she continuously laughed at us and ignored us. We took the other SIM and left.

Needless to say that on Sunday 18/06/2017 the phone is still not working. We went back and once again Goodness refused to help. After more than an hour she eventually said she will have to send our ID through to the head office. We insisted that she copy us in on the mail. Needless to say that Goodness sent the mail to ********** and guess what? ............................. it is not an existing email.

Now 4 days later we still cannot use the cell.

At this stage we only have 2 months left in this contract with Vodacom and they refuse to cancel us now even with all this bad customer services.

Totally disgusted with Vodacom Mall of the South and especially with GOODNESS HLEBELA. Do you even know what customer service means?
