No follow up on after sales service

I am writing probably the fifth review regarding you guys service. I only get an auto reply regarding this. Nobody calls and follows up i have still not received my TV since 23rd november last year and you guys keep saying its being escalated everytime i call in. The after sales service you guys offer is pathetic. The online lady Nomfundo that signed up my contract doesnt return my calls she is clearly ignoring me go and screen all the calls i have made to vodacom online she even says that she doesnt know what to tell me thats why she hasnt been returning my calls, like seriously Vodacom you supposed to be the number cellular service in RSA. and this is the service you offer. I am totally dissapointed and have no further words for you guys. I even told Nomfundo to get a supervisor or manager to call me and nobody has till date left a message yesterday and still no call returned no follow up on whether i am receiving the TV or not that i am getting billed for.
