No follow up from Vodacom as promised on 5 Febr 2020

This is a follow up to post on 5th. Vodacom said in a mail to me and here (5 days ago) in replay to my "post" they will make contact with me, to today there was nothing,,, I phoned *** and *** and only talk to a Robot,,, SO please if anybody could assist me in this matter.
