No Follow up but still threaten

<p>Posted a complaint two early last week, </p> <p>- got a call from a dominique ( i think the name is ) guy and he was to email the form to sign for them to write off the balance after he varified my story. </p> <p>until date i have not recived the email and i still get the threats and letters demanidn the R290. </p> <p>Vodacom wake the *&^% up please. </p> <p>your signal in my area is ****, </p> <p>im on a business package and pay my dues everymonth sometimes more then you invoice </p> <p> can you try a nd delievr so called best service </p> <p> </p> <p>FRUSTRATED!!</p> <p> </p>
