no fibre support on line down for 2 weeks

No internet since 6 January, no support, ticket not attended to. pointless to contact support, first line does nothing, tells me they opend tickets, turned out they did not.

I find it shocking how bad vodacom became the last few years, if something goes wrong, you are on your own
