No fibre, no router, but they’ll take you money gladly

I’ve placed an order for my fibre as I needed technicians to come do installation for my fibre line. No one came out, no new router was sent. So I cancelled my order on the 2nd September as I got no feedback from them.

The 8th Sept they emailed to tell me that they processed my order and that the install has been completed, and still no one came out to install nor did I receive my router.

For the last 4 months they’ve been charging every single month for the fibre that I don’t have. After emailing probably 10 different people and speaking to more than 20 people, no one gets back to me, no one cancelled my order, they just keep taking my money.
