No Fibre for the whole weekend. No technicians work on weekends!
Vodacom Fibre is the worst ISP. Between Vodacom Fibre and Vumatel infrastructure absolutely no action has been taken for our Fibre service that dropped on Sat 4 Dec at 10.30am. It is now 9:30 on Monday 6 Dec, and still no service. We were told that there are NO technicians that work on the weekend, so if your fibre drops and the call centre cannot help you, you have to wait for someone to START working on the issue on Monday, some time. SR***. The most pathetic service provider.

06 Dec 2021, 10:53It is a full 48 hrs since we last had fibre. As my husband says "We have more fibre in our breakfast, than what we get from Vodacom". This is shocking "service". Why do we pay for a service, expecting 24/7 availability, when we have such ********** technical support! We should only be paying 2/3 of the account, seeing we don't get weekend support!
