NO FEEDBACK TO ***** COMMITED ON MY NAME

I logged several requests with Trade Partner Helpdesk who was suppose to forward my documents to forensic department. Someone committed ***** on my name in January 2016. I have been struggling to sort this out even after providing an affidavit, signatures & ID. No feedback until I received notice that the sheriff is on his way to my place of wor**** How is it that such a big company cannot assist an individual and subject a human to such stress for which they are not even responsible for. I kept on emailing but to date have not received a call or nothing from Vodacom to resolve this matter??? IS THIS SERVICE OR WHAT?
