No feedback to a approved application.

I did a online contract application, I receive a message saying my application was approved, I called and completed the application with the Lady she said confirmation will contact me, I haven't received any call from them or any messages I think I was ****med by vodacom and they delivered the phone to one of them because when I call no one gives me anything they keep transferring me to different see departments. So I think my details were used to **** me because I'm still waiting for confirmation.
