No feedback received

I dropped my LG G4 phone off for repairs Sun 17th Jan.<br> I was told I would receive an sms with feedback on the progress and the repair would take 5-7 days.<br> <br> I have heard nothing - calls to Grant are unanswered. The manager also promised I would receive feedback.<br> I still have no idea what is happening with my phone, which is only 5 months old and has a repeated problem with the screen.<br> <br>
