no feedback received

I still have not have any feedback from Vodacom this is really pathetic service given. I received an empty box without a phone delivered to me on the 24 August 2015 i phoned vodacom immediately when i got home after opening the box. I spoke to a lady with the name Noni which assisted and logged my querry through then i asked to speak to a teamleader which was Tebogo Ragedi which promised me that he will get back to me. Since then i had a run around with vodacom kept on following up and up until this day no one has gotten back to me. I really feel that their service is really poor and pathetic. <br> <br> The phone number has been activated ,however im sitting with no phone but just a sim card.<br> <br> i would like to be contacted or given an explanation as soon as possible.
