No feedback on the order

I placed an order to upgrade my phone on the 4th of December 2017 and till today i am still waiting. Every time i called they said they are still waiting for stock. what made me even more angry is that today when I called they said the order was cancelled at the warehouse. No one calls you to update, you have to keep on calling them. Even when they cancel the order they do not call you. I am really an unhappy client right now! what kind of service is this???
