No feedback on order after week and no Call center

I ordered a phone last week Tuesday 1 December. Get sent a RAM courier reference number then later an sms saying my phone is on back order and I will get an sms shortly - still waiting for that sms. <br> RAM has no record of the order. <br> Yesterday I tried the call center and got a message \due to unforeseen circumstances the call center is not available". Today I phone the call center and get told that the system is down so they can't help me. <br> <br> So 1 week later no phone and no-one has the decency to provide any feedback"
