No feedback on Insurance

I have being waiting for two weeks now for feedback on who and why my insurance was cancelled.<br> every time they say contact that number or that number.<br> My insurance was cancelled by vodacom and not by me and can't claim after my phone was ******.<br> They say it was the \system"that cancelled my insurance"
