No feedback on ***** Dispute submitted on 15/11/2017

During late 2017 I noticed a new number and whole extra contract added to my monthly invoices. I submitted a ***** dispute to Vodacom on the 15th of November 2017 and received feedback on the 20th of November 2017 with reference number EC-0C2V-2FRDR6 that the buck has been passed to the forensics department. I have requested feedback multiple times via email and have had ZERO response. In an attempt to get support via their call centre I was passed around from pillar to post with no real resolution or feedback during an 80-minute call.

In the interim, my main contract has been moved over to prepaid, due to the fact that I refused to settle this ********** bill. Vodacom are still hounding me to pay for this ********** account and I simply refuse to settle any further invoices until the matter has been resolved and my contract reinstated.

Due to Vodacom's staff incompetence/********** activity, I have a problem that I didn't ask for and it should be up to their support department to resolve this. In addition to the pure pain in the backside factor, I also fear that they are responsible for my personal information being leaked with puts me at a risk for identity theft and bad ********** credit.

I am frustrated and would like communication via email for my records, your call centre is atrocious and I don't trust any of the agents to have accurate information or the ability to make any decisions with regards to this case.
