No Feedback on Contract Application

<p>I app**** for a cellphone contract on Thursday the 13th of July 2017, (Order number: 1- ********** ********** ) i then receive a call from call centre to take down all my details, i then receive an sms to say my profile and vetting has been approaved. I call again on Friday to hear the status of my application, i was told Vodacom hasnt contact my employer as yet. Still no communication, i again call Vodacom today Tuesday the 18th, only to be told my contract has been cancelled because i was approaved for something i didnt qualify for. How is this possible and why was this not communicated with me. I had to continously call Vodacom and to think that i currently use Vodacom just ****es me off</p>
