No feedback on complaint

I'm no longer shocked with the kind of service that Vodacom provides to its customer. It looks like they have normalised "bad customer" experience to be their norm and it is disappointing. I logged a complain previously and instead of Vodacom seriously looking into the issue. I get an interrogation e-mail asking me about my identity number, my account number or contact, funny enough on my complaint I've indicated two of my cellphone numbers. Vodacom is a cellphone service provider and I've given my cellphone numbers on my complaint, why was it so hard for Complaint Consultant to use that in order to investigate my complaint further? It is another sign that nobody cares at Vodacom! I thought my complain will shake things a bit and maybe I'll get a better service from Vodacom, guess what? My ordeal or experience with Vodacom was even worse. I responded to the Vodacom to say I won't provide my id number as I've given them my account details in the form of cellphone numbers. Vodacom decided not to respond to my e-mail. I then received a notification today from Hellopeter that Vodacom has responded and I thought maybe they said something tangible. To my surprise it was a communication saying they are happy that my matter was resolved. How was it resolved and who resolved it? I struggled with setting up a debit order with Vodacom even after more than 8 calls, even after the previous complaints. They even went to an extent of charging me R100 for not paying or not paying on time. I challenged that yesterday and indicated to the Consultant that I won't pay the R200 charged. The second R100 was charged even after I've made R607 payment via my internet banking. I paid on the 7th Sept 2017 and they had the audacity to still debit my closed account even after having changed the account details with them more than 3 times. In each case the Consultant confirming that indeed my account details were changed. I can only have one conclusion, Vodacom hires not trustworthy and *********** individuals, why will one say something is done whereas it wasn't done? I resolved my own issue by requesting Vodacom to cancel any form of debit order they have and I'll pay via bank transfer , simply because because they failed for more than a month to set up a mere debit order with new account details. I would like to see the R200 reversed immediately as it wasn't my fault that Vodacom didn't set up my debit order details even after asking them countless times. I can't go to Vodacom world and show Consultants how to do their work. It is so shocking that People are so ***********!
