No feedback on application

In February I app**** for a contract with Vodacom. I commented on their Facebook page about not receiving any response. Their team then phoned me saying there's a problem with porting my number and they will get back to me. I followed up numerous times for over a month, many promises that they will get back to me with no follow through. Geez guys, all I wanted was a contract with you.
