No feedback on accessories ordered

I gave my phone in at the 10th of May 2015 at the vodacom shop in heidelberv mall. I have a experia z3. The screen broke and they sent it away for repairs. The manager which is a lady said that it would take 2 weeks to get my phone back. They phoned me yesterday to do the payment before they send my phone to the branch. O the day i left ny phone at the branch i ordered a shock proof cover and a glass protector. I phoned the branch yesterday to hear if they received the accessories and the lady that answered the phone said she would get back to me as soon as possible. 24 hours later and i still havent heard a word. So in short after a whole month of ny phone being in for repairs they still did not order my cover and now when i go to collect my phone they will act like they know nothing. 2 months back i ordered a cover and a screen protector for my samsung core prime at the nigel branch and the sales lasy there has never phoned me aswell. It looks to me like vodacom makes too much money because they obviously dont care about customers that order accessories for their phones. Now i will have to go fetch my phone without a cover and i call that very BAD SERVICE.
