No feedback No customer service 8 days now with one query.

I have now been battling for 8 days straight and all I get are ref numbers but no one is resolving a simple query. I had the same query same time same everything one two numbers and the one was sorted in 3min. What is making the other one so difficult? I have tried Tobi/Calling an agent/speaking to messenger and mailing customer care. Is one supposed to battle like this. When I get through to customer care I get sent from pillar to post.

ANY ADVICE NOW will help.. They said 3 days and this will be sorted and we on 8 days. It would be great just to at least get feedback but IM THE ONE following up.

Not nice Vodacom. And I know all i will get is - "we will assist and help you" automated response but no one actually sits for 2min doing anything.
