No feedback from Vodacom

I recently wrote a review regarding my experience with the Vodacom repair centre in Umhlanga. The next day I received a call from a consultant who asked for details and job number. He advised that he would investigate & give me feedback the next day. It’s been over a week & I am still waiting. Just confirmation that Vodacom has no care in the world about customer service.
