No Feedback from Vodacom

Vodacom installed a fiber router on our property months ago. The people who did the installation told us they would come back to finish the installation and bring another router that we said we will pay for due to the fact that it was an extra. We never heard or saw from Vodacom again and literally, months have passed. We have logged a call last week again and still no feedback. What a disappointing Company.
